*SHIPPING: We ship through USPS, every item comes with a tracking number that is loaded to your purchase after item(s) have shipped. To track a package simply take your tracking number and plug is into the USPS tracking bar on their website. Remember we are unfortunately not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. And please DOULBE CHECK your shipping address before submitting your order.
*TURN AROUND TIME: We try our hardest to get your packages out the same business day so you can get your items as soon as possible. Our average turn around time is 1-3 business days. If you need an item shipped quicker be sure to message us or select the correct shipping option at check out. Priority mail gets shipped quicker then first class or ground mail. Like mentioned above please double check your shipping address before submitting your order. PLEASE MESSAGE US ASAP IF YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IS INCORRECT because we try to keep a quick turn around time we may not be able to change shipping address once order is submitted but we will do out best to help you out with that situation if it arrises.
*IN-STORE PICKUP: There is an in-store pick up option under the shipping charge that is a $0.00 amount. Please keep in mind if you select this option you are responsible for picking up your item(s) within 48 HOURS! Please do not select this option if you would like your item shipped because it will not be shipped. We do NOT currently offer free shipping, maybe one day in the future. If you select this option and do need your item shipped you will be invoiced and you item will only be shipped once invoice is paid. If you select this option you will not be refunded for your order if you do not want to pay for shipping.
*DISCOUNTS: If you use a discount at check out (rep code, promotional code, etc) this makes your order final. *This does not include online gift cards*. Please note, if you forget to enter a discount code at check out you will NOT be refunded the amount of the discount. You will need to use this discount code at a different time. Online discount codes do not work in store and in store discounts do not work online.
*RETURNS (EXCHANGES OR STORE CREDIT ONLY): At this time we are accepting returns on limited items only. This means we will not be taking any returns on; vintage (pre used) items, handmade items, jewelry, shoes, on-sale items, swimwear, or hats. If your item does not fall under this category and needs to be returned please message us imminently for return address. Items must be returned within 7 business days from delivery date to be eligible for STORE CREDIT. Item(s) must be brand new, unworn with all tags still attached. We do not refund shipping charges and you are responsible for shipping charges to get the item(s) returned. Please do not wad up item(s) to ship back. Returned items MUST be provided with a tracking number. Please send us tracking number once return has been shipped so we can keep our eyes out for it. We will asses the item(s) once they arrive before issuing STORE CREDIT. If item is unworn, brand new with tags still attached we will issue full store credit (NO SHIPPING CHARGES) for you to spend back on our website. If item(s) are missing tags or worn you will only receive 25% credit back (no shipping). If item(s) are damaged no credit (and no shipping) will be issued back to the customer. Please note all items are inspected for damage before being shipped.
